Which MODE Are You In At Workplace?

Like the rings of a chain that are connected together, every job role in any organizational hierarchy is as important as they all link together to serve your customer and when you start serving your co-workers no matter who they are; let it be your Boss, Subordinates or Colleagues, as if they are your customer then you are in the most suitable mode at the work place CUSTOMER MODE.


CUSTOMER MODE


Why the products and services exists… Simply to full fill one basic function i.e. to help someone to get a job done. Yet you need to win a customer by providing top-class, sometimes tailor made, services by understanding his/her needs or problems and then relate your products or services as solutions to help them solve it; It may seem simple but in order to satisfy the customer in the entire cycle of sales or service journey you need to uber-perform the basic salesman skills to get the deal over the line.

Similarly when you are dealing with your Boss, subordinate or colleague you should assume that everyone is your customer and apply the same degree of professionalism to every interaction, no matter the audience.
